As part of a memorandum of understanding signed with the Italian Ministry of University, Education and Research and the support of the Explora Children’s Museum, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, CampusStore/Mediadirect and various digital animators, Intel® Italy has organized School Makers, a training day dedicated to teachers, principals, headmasters and the world of school, in general.
The event will be held on Friday, April 22 at the Rome Explora museum on Via Flaminia 80-86 from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm. Participants will receive a participation certificate signed by USR Lazio.
The workshops will last 30 and 60 minutes, allowing participants to participate in various workshops throughout the day. Once participants have selected he workshops, they must register individually for each, as places are limited.
Workshops are fully equipped and participants need not bring tablets or PCs. Please confirm workshop participation when you register at the front desk by 9:45 am.

FAB LAB & ATELIER AREA with Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Roma Makers, Campus Store/MEDIADIRECT, SiComputer
ALL DAY OPENING
The FAB LAB and ATELIER will be open all day to all the participants who would like to try out, learn, discover and experience what makers do at the Fab Lab. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the Istituto Tecnico Faraday in Rome will present the experience of their own Fab Lab and the Phyrtual Innovation Gym, with 3D printers provided by SiComputer.
The FAB LAB and ATELIER will also host the Campus Store/MEDIADIRECT Creative Lab and the ROMA MAKERS School Fab Lab, where the importance of this new technology for didactics will be explained.
