Robotics for Didactics

Rome Cup

The Rome Cup, the International City of Rome Robotics Trophy, was conceived and is organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. The event is an annual competition that is held in Rome at the Campidoglio, magnificent Roman city hall.

The Palazzo Senatorio opens its doors to welcome robots built by Italian and foreign school children who pacifically invade Rome, the eternal city, and compete to the last chip!

However, it’s not just the robot who win, but especially all the students and teachers who have hedged their bets on the resources provided by Robodidactics. Robotics, in fact, is not only about learning how to build and use robots, but rather its about acquiring a model for reasoning and experimenting in the real world. It combines many different disciplines and allows students to learn sciences in a stimulating, creative and enthusiastic manner.
