Access to information and communication technologies is the basics. Without it no e-inclusion is possible, even if technology access alone does not guarantee the enjoyment of the benefits of the knowledge society.

The Foundation works to obtain ICT infrastructure and equipment for groups of people with no access. This activity includes:

• Computer recycling for senior citizens centres
  
• Broadband connectivity for schools
  
• Virtual classroom for sick bed-ridden children
