Today the elderly population is at a high risk of exclusion from the benefits of the knowledge society.

In September 2002, the Foundation promoted the signature of an agreement between the then Ministry of Innovation and the Municipality of Municipality of Rome.

This paved the way for the launch at the beginning of 2003 of the project Nonni su Internet (Grandparents in the Internet).

This project is now at its sixth edition. It has trained thousands of elderly people while growing in depth and breath, adding to the basic training, activities of computer recycling and connectivity on the one hand, and knowledge codification to facilitate sharing and expansion, on the other.
