The Coding Girls Models continues to take root locally with new challenges. In Milan, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and Eni will launch an original course for women on coding, reframing and fabbing to introduce young women to STEAM subjects and entice the new generations towards the circular culture and coherent and sustainable lifestyles. A paradigm change, personal above all, is necessary to promote true change. This is the basic tenet of Project CO.ME that aims to promote a reframing process for young women to “reprogramme” their mental schemes with new models from the circular culture and help the new generations to devise their contribution for development that is of value and inclusive.
OBJECTIVES
ACTIVITIES
In collaboration with our new partner, Eni, the Coding Girls Programme introduces new challenges and formats. Young women in Milan will become the protagonists of a series of educational actions to transform them into changemakers, activists of circular culture:
The various project phases will see the active participation of Eni employees, ranging from technical profiles to top management, and representatives of the Milan City Council who will act as mentors and role models for the students.
