Two basic level IT courses are now available at the Centro Enea. The courses will be held in parallel from October 24 to November 21 and from October 25 to November 22.
These lessons will provide participants with the opportunity to learn how to use computers, word processing programmes, spread sheets, Internet navigation browsers and e-mail in a simple and hands-on manner.
In order to allow the students to become independent as quickly as possible, the lesson contents are extremely operative. Course participants will learn how to use PCs and common accessories as well as other common digital tools such as mp3 players and digital cameras.
Once they have completed the course, participants will be able to take the certification examination for the Microsoft Digital Literacy Curriculum Programme.
The course, organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, is aimed at the young guests of the Centre for the reception and integration of refugees, asylum seekers and beneficiaries of subsidiary protection. This experimental structure was developed by the Municipality of Rome in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of the Interior.
