For the first time, the seven members of the National CNA Pensioners Council participate in an intensive training course on the Lego Serious Play Method at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym. The course will be held tomorrow at 3:30 pm at Via del Quadraro 102.

 

Lego Serious Play is particularly useful to descry be and manage challenges and complex scenarios that require individuals, work groups and organisations to reach a shared solution based on multiple answers.

 

It “works” in contexts in which the imagination, the emotional aspects and the ability to describe reality in terms of metaphors and stories are considered values and opportunities for the generation of solutions. It’s a method that transforms individual knowledge into organizational capital.
