IMG_3519.JPG

Alessandra Bottalini is a coach at the new Officina – New Jobs Workshop, the free educational project developed by Google and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale to promote digital skills and provide professional training and orientation to young men and women. Alessandra, in particular, provides a transversal track dedicated to self-awareness.

In this short video filmed by Francesca Meini [@Francy_fmd], Alessandra explains how she decided to become a counsellor.

Who is Alessandra Bottalini?
Alessandra, integrates skills balance, counselling and orientation techniques to design and develop counselling, training and empowerment courses based on relations, groups and narrations to promote on-going self-learning and re-orientation of the transversal and socio-relational competences of groups and individuals involved in personal and professional transitions.
She has tested her services on projects that privilege the individual and one’s need for recognition, meaning and development. Her motto is “It’s never too late to become what you are!”(E. Block).

The Officina – New Jobs Workshopis a project conceived by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and Google to promote digital skills and implement professional training and orientation activities for 10,000 young men and women currently looking for a job.

The initiative has been organised with the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy and the collaboration of the Ministry of Education, University and Research, the Regione Lazio and Roma Capitale.
