From Rome to Brussels

Last Monday, Binario F hosted the multiplier event for European Project Digital Welcome with the ChangeMakers format, a lab dedicated to digital journalism held by Giovanna Cipolla [see agenda]. Tomorrow, the final event will be held in Brussels.

The objective of Project Welcome (2017-2019) is to develop and test an innovative approach to social inclusion strategies for third country nationals.

Young migrants (aged 16-30) participated in a 60-hour programme aiming to increase their digital and linguistic skills, as well as transversal competences such as creative thinking and problem-solving capabilities for the 21st century. They are now ready to explain what they learned and transmit their new knowledge to peers through a winning educational model.
