The collaboration that has already been underway for many years between the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the Expomed Non-profit Association has been officialised. The common objective is to promote didactic robotics in school.
The two organizations plan to pursue a vast range of activities:
- involve national schools in robotics
- media promotion via 2D and stereoscopic 3D video production for scientific events such as the RomeCup
- promote projects for training youth in the use of computers and robotics
- joint participation in national and international events on robotics, especially in the submarine sector
- involve schools in training and awareness-raising activities for the “Expò Mediterranean” Robotics Lab.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale and Expomed will use their resources jointly to promote the educational robotics strategy of the National Network Agreement promoted by the FMD that Expomed undersigned on March 16, 2011.
