Last week, Giuliana Costantino, 56, participated in the courses organised by the She Means Business Programme at Lazio Innova’s Spazio Attivo Casilina [see news: Stories and Apps]. Francesca Meini [@Francy_FMD], Project Coordinator, spoke to Giuliana about her story and future projects.
Giuliana is a beautiful example of how to transform a serious and unexpected family difficulty into an opportunity to tackle a new challenge. Giuliana, who studied economics, worked in the world of finance, but then had to suddenly leave her job. As soon as she had the opportunity to plan a different future, she decided to study fashion and attended the academy before opening up her all-female Atelier 322 Couture. "She is full of energy!” explains Francesca Meini, who loves the motto chosen by Giuliana for her atelier: "Democratic Luxury."
