Even Art is Digital

The fourth Thematic Week dedicated to digital literacy in Roman schools [1](January 15- 21) is based especially on media art and a series of labs with artists in view of the first Italian edition of the Media Art Festival [2].
 
Today, at 11:30 am, the students in Class IA at the Istituto Comprensivo Volumnia, meet with artist Giacomo Lion [3]. Next Monday, Juanuary 19, students at the Liceo Croce will meet with artist Lino Strangis [4] and on January 20 the Liceo Virgilio will host its first lab with Dehors-Audela [5].
 
The last day of the Thematic Week will be dedicated to coding as an orientation tool for selecting their programme of studies. On Wednesday, January 21, from 9:30 am to 1 pm, the Codingirls return to the Pacinotti-Archimede School to meet with the students in year three of the first-degree secondary school.
 
Thematic Weeks are part of the “Rome Città Educativa” Project.
