The Fondazione Mondo Digitale (FMD) has always placed particular attention on individual’s rights, even the most vulnerable ones. The Fondazione Mondo Digitale uses collected personal data only to pursue our daily activities, as described in our Statute. Users are free to provide personal data through the registration modules present on our website to subscribe to services provided by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, such as courses or to receive our newsletter. Your personal data is treated in compliance with all the regulations concerning confidentiality and security as required by law. Data is only used by personnel in charge of data nominated by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
In most cases, the information that we conserve includes your name, last name, e-mail address and sometimes your Region and Province. Only for some projects, to provide a better service, we also require other personal information. We do not gather data from third parties. All of the data we conserve is provided by you. We do not share it with third parties under any circumstance. All the data we conserve is used exclusively to communicate news, activities and projects directly to you.
Most of you have been receiving information from us for a long time, while others have begun more recently. As you know, we only use your data to keep in contact with you, to update you on the activities and projects involving the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, and to send you our weekly newsletter.
If you no longer wish to receive this information, you can send a “cancel request” to our dedicated e-mail(privacy@mondodigitale.org) or click on the link that is available in our communications (i.e., the "unsubscribe" in the weekly newsletter).
