Vivi Internet, al meglio: webinars and workshops for students

Enrol your students in the free training programme on digital citizenship to educate them to experience the web and technology in a conscious manner, to avoid the dangers and seize the opportunities of the Net, so that they become responsible digital citizens and contribute to making the web a better place for everyone.

The appointments and training workshops were created by Google specifically for primary and secondary school students in grades I and II, and are promoted by Fondazione Mondo Digitale with Polizia di Stato, Altroconsumo and Anteas.

THEMES INCLUDE
  • Online safety with the Postal Police - For primary school (third, fourth and fifth grades) and secondary school
  • Storytelling to tell about oneself and the world around respecting the principles of netiquette; 
  • Fact-checking to learn how to identify fake news and develop a critical sense, avoiding the pitfalls of online communication (for secondary school students in grades I and II);
  • Kind communication to understand the power of words and learn how to react to and counter cyberbullying and online hatred.

The meetings are free of charge and delivered online and in-presence. In addition, you will have access to numerous resources and tools that you can use in the classroom to explore topics related to digital civic education.

REQUIREMENTS

The training activities are reserved for students attending the third, fourth and fifth grade of primary school or all classes of the first and second grade of secondary school.
