The competition aims to increase reflection on the importance of the student-teacher relationship for successful schooling. The competition was designed by the Giuliano Da Sangallo first degree secondary school in Ostia (via Giuliano Da Sangallo 11).
The competition is sponsored by the Rome Municipality, the District XVII and the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. It will assign awards (pc notebook) to young authors from the third year.
Written submissions must be no longer than three 3 pages, but may also be a poem or a multimedia product. All submissions must be reeived no later than March 15, 2010.
The competition is dedicated to Teresa Di Santo, a professor who passed away last June. Ms. Di Santo was an exemplary teacher who was always available to help students grow and mature and help them discover their own autonomy.
All submissions will be evaluated by a jury presided by Professor Francesco Facciolo. The award (notebook with incorporated webcam, 4 GB RAM and wi-fi) will be presented on May 17, 2010.
