The two foundations will collaborate on the issues of digital inclusion for women and the creation of new work opportunities for the weaker categories of society.
“Our common interests will soon turn into concrete activities,” writes Chetan Sharma, President of the Datamation Foundation, a nationally recognized organization that operates in the ICT sector to promote Millennium Objectives.
The first activities will begin at the District Resource Centre through which the Datamation Foundation coordinates ten female help centres organizing activities for new job opportunities ranging from IT courses to craftsmanship.
The District Resource Centre is also supported by the local government that employs socio-demographic data and research to determine the needs of the weakest categories.
