A new appointment with the Coding Girls Staff will be held at the IIS Lucio Lombardo Radice School in Rome, managed by Headmaster Marina Proietti.

 

Today, the practice session to prepare for the November 23 Hackathon will be held by Coach Lara Forgione, with the help of seventeen-year-old Sara Astolfi, who will soon also be holding labs with children. Professor Gabriella Cecchetti coordinates the lab activities and project for the school.

 

In this interview with Cecilia Stajano, FMD School Innovation Coordinator, Coach Lara Forgione explains how the lab is organized.

Coding Girls is a national education programme on coding for young girls and women (primary school to second degree secondary school) promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the American Embassy in Italy in collaboration with Microsoft.
