At the first School of Physics with Arduino and Smartphones, teachers invented and revisited physics experiments at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym Fab Lab.

 

Professors Federica Camilli, Maria Gabriella Pulvirenti and Paola Mamone used an Arduino chipset and an infrared sensor to measure average velocity on an inclined plane.

 

In this interview with Cecilia Stajano, School Innovation Coordinator, the professors explain the role of physics and experimentation as a model for facing life, as well as the importance of team work.

 

 

The first Physics School with Arduino and Smartphones (Sept. 12-14, 2016), organised by the Sapienza University of Rome Department of Physics Curricular Programmes ends today.
