Today, Friday, Feb. 10, at 3:30 pm, the first lesson of Grandparents on the Internet will be held at the Istituto Magistrale Camillo Finocchiaro Aprile, directed by Headmaster Fabrizio Mangione.
The digital literacy project is part of the school-work programme for the “certification of digital coach for disadvantaged and weaker categories, Knowledge Volunteers.”
Cecilia Stajano [@CStajano], FMD School Innovation Coordinator and GOI Coordinator, will be present at the first meeting between elder students and tutors.
The video shows all the activities, ideas and labs that the students in Class III DU at the “Liceo delle scienze umane” have developed, in agreement with the class council and Professor Mariarita Chichi, to include their disabled classmate in the GOI project for school year 2015/2016 simulating, together with the grandparents tutored by the students, a tailor lab which exploits the web, creativity and manual ability to give life to a wonderful intergenerational experience.
