The IT Academy programme is an integral part of the YouthSpark initiative and represents the future of a long partnership between Microsoft and Telecentre-Europe to support youth employment and address the lack of technological skills in the workforce. The certifications are extended to young men and women through the Microsoft IT Academy Programme that the Fondazione Mondo Digitale brings to schools, also via the Meet No Neet programme.
During the first two weeks of February, students will be able to take exams to receive the international MOS Certification, one of the two certifications available through the IT Academy Programme for Schools. The other is the MTA Certification (Microsoft Technology Associate).
The international MOS Certification (Microsoft Office Specialist) is also valid as university credit and for public calls (police, Bank of Italy, MIUR, etc.).
The exam session for schools will be held at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym and is coordinated by Valentina Gelsomini.
