On November 25-26, 2017, the Phyrtual Innovation Gym will host a MTa® Facilitator Masterclass with Jamie Thompson, experiential learning guru and MTA Learning Manager.
Jamie has shared his experience with over 1000 coaches from 37 countries. He has designed activities and training programmes for coaches in high-profile companies, including Emirates Airlines, Saudi Aramco, Nissan and Verizon USA.
Thanks to his outgoing style, Jamie involves participants in his 9-step MTa Learning Methodology to facilitate experiential learning through creative and innovative tools, to mould inspired leaders, create high-quality work teams, promote efficient solutions, improve communication and drive change.
During the two-day course, participants will learn to use powerful practical activities and revision techniques, improve their abilities as coaches and acquire MTA certification.
