The On Stage Category, which has become an integral part of RomeCup, calls for a dancelike representation, but requires a greater input of creativity and human-robot interaction. In this category, one or more robots perform together with humans, dressed in costumes and moving in creative, interactive and collaborative manners.
For the first time at RomeCup, the Istituto comprensivo Emma Castelnuovo from Rome participated in the category with a range of teams, trained by Marco Brocchieri. Three generations were present at the final round at the Campidoglio: Giulia, 12, her mother and her grandparents.
