"Allowing young women to work on innovative didactic activities allows them to fully exploit their full potential."

Prof. Elisabetta Durantini, Coordinator of Project Women in Technology at the LSS Vito Volterra School in Ciampino, has no doubts about the project benefits. “These young women are like rough diamonds. They just need the right stimuli, the right opportunities.”

Thirty young female students on the “Applied Sciences” Curriculum are working with Coach Cecilia Lalatta Costerbosa on design thinking to challenge their creativity and innovative ideas. The focus of the second lesson is on “an innovative travel object.”

Project Women in Technology (WIT) addresses 150 young women studying in Campania, Calabria and Sicily, to contrast the NEET phenomenon and create new job opportunities. The Liceo Vito Volterra in Ciampino will serve as the pilot school in which the innovative didactic methodology will be tested for the first time.
