Tomorrow, May 14, the 5 winners of the fifth edition of the Italian Scratch Festival 2016 promoted by the DSchola Association, will be announced at the World Scratch Day celebration.

Students from junior-high school developed ludic-educational projects. The aim was to use Scratch to promote the teaching and learning of computer science by introducing students to programming in a creative way that will increase their curiosity.

The event will be held at ITI Majorana di Grugliasco (Turin). Five projects will be selected from amongst the ten finalist projects. The first-placed project will also receive a plaque created in the Fab Lab at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym.
