The Fondazione Mondo Digitale has uploaded a document to help schools develop Phyrtual Innovation Gyms as indicated by the recent notice published by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR). The document provides concrete support for the development of a number of digital environments based on the existing model of the FMD Phyrtual Innovation Gym and aims to help schools understand what devices and tools are most suited to their needs.
The document addresses 8 types of environments:
- DIDACCTIC FAB LAB
- ROBOTICS CENTRE
- INTERNET OF THINGS
- CODING LAB
- IMMERSIVE LAB
- GAME LAB
- VIDEO LAB
- MOBILE TECHNOLOLGY FOR LEARNING LAB
Each profile includes information required by the GPU Platform (gestione unitaria del programma) for the projects proposed by schools (from the description of the environment to the objectives and costs). Each environment can be customized depending on the age of the children; moreover, different cost configurations are also presented.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale is available to help schools with specific needs and further ad hoc customisations.
