The Regional Civil Protection Service has issued a red code alert for the weather conditions today in Rome, especially neighbourhoods in the southern, southwestern and northern area of the city, for strong rain and flood risks.
The Prefect of Rome, after meeting with the Emergency Coordination Centre for Rome, the Lazio Region and other agencies, decreed that on Thursday, November 6, all schools must be closed throughout the Province of Rome. Citizens have been advised to move around only if absolutely necessary (see the Mayor Marino’s video-message).
Therefore, only for today, all the educational robotics labs held at the Rome Città Educativa Phyrtual Innovation Gym have been cancelled.
The labs will start again on Friday with the Istituto comprensivo via dell'Archeologia.
