Sharing for Growth

"She Means Business is a fantastic train.” I had the opportunity to stimulate Calabrian women, provide them with ideas to grow digitally, thanks to the diffusion and greater knowledge of self-made platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Digital tools and women? They are a perfect marriage!"

Today, Coach Ortensia Imbrogno will host a new training session for #SheMeansBusiness, the Facebook Programme that promotes women in enterprise and which is implemented in Italy in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.

"There is no better way to celebrate and emphasise our role as women than through education,” Ortensia explains. Today, March 8, she will celebrate International Women’s Day together with 50 women from Cozenza participating in the training session to share knowledge and competences. The appointment is at the Rende Talent Garden at 3:00 pm.

WOMEN IN TRAINING

Nearly 40% of the women participating in the training session have already started an entrepreneurial activity, ranging from advertising to financial consulting. Those looking for new opportunities are unemployed (15%) and employees (19%), while only 12% of the women are students.
