The "Studying is Sustainable" Programme is Launched

The "Studying is Sustainable" Programme is Launched

The “Studying is Sustainable” Programme was launched today at the Newton Institute with the “100 classi” Laboratory.

 

This is the first meeting for the 2008-2009 school year for the programme addressing sustainable development education promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei.

 

Lazio Region schools participating in the project are:

  • 109° Circolo didattico "V. Piccinini", Rome
  • 109° Circolo didattico "Santoro", Rome
  • ITIS Morosini, Ferentino, Frosinone
  • 143° Circolo didattico Spinacelo, via Frigrani, Rome
  • SMS "Quartararo", Rome
  • Liceo "G. Braschi", Subiaco
  • Istituto comprensivo "G. Milanesi", Rome



Over the course of the programme, students will be actively involved in an integrated work model involving various partners (Arpa Lazio, Igeam, 100 classi – Lazio Inter-Scholastic Network for Scientific and Technological Culture, National Museum of the Antarctic, National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology).

 

The next appointment is scheduled for October 8, 2008 with the 100 classi laboratory that will address scientific writing and dissemination.
