Computer science students in class 1A at the Itis Pacinotti-Archimede, a school in Rome with a long tradition in robotics, has booked two consecutive days at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym so that their freshmen will immediately come into contact with development and coding.
After exploring the Lego Mindstorms NXT Kit and assembling robots, the young men and women studying computer science will try their hand at coding under the supervision of Engineer Mohamed Gaber Haiba.
The Lego Mindstorms NXT Kit allows the construction of an infinite number of robots that can be programmed both elementarily or in an advanced manner, using the sensors provided with the kit.
The laboratories at the Robotics Centre are open every day until June 2015.
