Notwithstanding the ongoing Covid-19 health emergency, we continue to field activities with schools, both on-line and in blended mode, based on local contexts. This week, virtual labs will be held for the following projects: Ambizione Italia for Youth, Coding Girls, Factor J, Gender Equality Matters (GEM), OpenSPACE, School Accelerator.

 

Service project involving all citizens include Starting Back Up TogetherJob Digital Lab and School of Internet for Everyone with 20 new courses and over 400 citizens in training activities.

 

Tomorrow - Tuesday, February 16 at 4:30 pm – we will be launching an Intergenerational Campaign on Gender Equality with women managers from the IT Directors’ Club. The first role model will be Cinthia Bianconi, President of the Fondazione Adriano Olivetti and newly elected CDTI board member. The first video will also feature Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and CDTI Deputy President Maria Pia Giovannini. The role modelling sessions follow an original narrative format that involves women of all ages in the first intergenerational campaign promoting the full participation of women in the development of the country. Upcoming sessions will also include students. The slogan is "My Future? It’s Up to Me!" with hashtag #dipendedame. [see news: CDTI with Coding Girls].

 

 

On Wednesday, February 17 at 4:00 pm, there will be another event organized by Project Factor J dedicated to infectious diseases with a focus on two health emergencies: Aids and Covid-19.
