Maria Luisa, a fifty-nine-year-old employee, dreams of a different future; just like Federica, who is 23 and still studying. Fifty women from Milan will participate in today’s training session. Thirty-four percent have already started an entrepreneurial activity, ranging from clothing to sports. Sixteen percent of the women are employees, like Maria Luisa, while only 8% is looking for a job.
