Three schools in Emilia Romagna are participating in the second edition of Project Amongst Generations – United for Work promoted by Google and CNA Pensionati. In January, the project kicked off at IIS Vittorio Bachelet in Ferrara and IIS Silvio D'Arzo in Montecchio Emilia. Tomorrow marks the beginning of activities at IIS Aldini Valeriani Siriani in Bologna. The appointment is from 2-4 pm at the school computer labs. The project involves 20 students studying computer science and their Professor, Alessandra Rebecchi.
The second edition involves four regions (Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Sicily and Veneto), 12 schools, 400 students and about 200 members of the CNA Pensionati. The project entails a true exchange of competences amongst younger and older generations. The former bring innovation and technology, while the latter provide a rich baggage of culture. The project is based on three fundamental elements: “made in Italy,” innovation and the exchange of knowledge.
