Our concrete commitment to gender equality
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, issued by Dasa-Rägister S.p.A., for its management system aimed at promoting and ensuring gender equality in the workplace.
The certification attests to the Foundation's commitment to implementing structural policies and measures for equality, particularly in the design and delivery of training courses, in research and consulting on innovation and ICT technologies, and in coaching services.
This is an important milestone that strengthens our journey towards an increasingly inclusive, equitable organisation that values every talent. The certification, valid until 2027, includes an annual monitoring programme and a three-year review to ensure continuous improvement.
"We chose to certify our gender equality management system because we believe in the power of facts, not just words. For over twenty years, we have been working to reduce gaps, promote inclusive opportunities and empower girls and women in innovation processes. This result confirms the consistency between what we do externally and what we build every day within our organisation," explains Mirta Michilli, general manager of Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
