How to become a project manager

How to become a project manager

A professional profile increasingly in demand as a 'catalyst for change

What are the elements and characteristics of a project? Who develops and coordinates it? What skills does a project manager need? This course will illustrate how a project is managed and which skills, hard and soft, are part of the baggage of the role of the project manager, who is in charge of initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a project following project management techniques and methods. We will talk about time management, budget, team and communication.

Analysts estimate that in the next 10 years the demand for the professional figure of the project manager will increase by 33 per cent, creating approximately 22 million new jobs. The project manager is a strategic figure as a 'catalyst for change' in all transformation and innovation processes.

The sessions, six 60-minute modules, are preparatory to LinkedIn certification.
