New opportunities for businesses. Masterclass with AI Jump!

Artificial intelligence can help you write a better job advert, prepare for an interview, support recruitment processes or make professional communication more effective. But to use it effectively, you need skills, awareness and practical opportunities to experiment.

With this aim in mind, two online sessions have been organised by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, in collaboration with the Punto Impresa Digitale of the Molise Chamber of Commerce and the Azienda speciale Serm, as part of the AI Jump! programme.

The course AI and work. New opportunities for businesses, part of the AI & Employment masterclass, offers a practical introduction to artificial intelligence tools applied to professional contexts, with a particular focus on recruitment, staff selection, communication and content creation. Two sessions to understand the possibilities and limitations of new technologies and learn how to use them in activities relevant to everyday working life.

The sessions will take place online:

  • 16 September 2026, from 3 pm to 5 pm
  • Introduction to artificial intelligence and a practical workshop on writing job adverts and simulating interviews.
  • 23 September 2026, from 3 pm to 5 pm
  • Applications of AI in professional contexts, recruitment and staff selection, with examples, best practices and practical guidance.

Participation is free of charge, but registration is compulsory, and attendance at both sessions is required.

AI Jump! is a programme run by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, funded by Accenture Foundation and coordinated by Simplon Foundation, which promotes the development of digital skills and the informed use of artificial intelligence to enhance employability and professional inclusion.

The ‘AI & Employment’ online masterclass is one of the programme’s activities: it provides a simple and practical introduction to the use of AI for career guidance and employability, comprising one hour of asynchronous e-learning on the basics of generative AI and two virtual sessions, each lasting two hours, focusing on CVs, cover letters, interview simulations, personal pitches and monitoring job opportunities.
