Milan hosts the closing event featuring a panel discussion on the new challenges facing cybersecurity

On 7 July, from 4pm to 6pm, the University of Milan will host the event “Cybersecurity Seminars. Shape the Future. Results, experiences and new challenges”, organised by the University of Milan together with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, as part of the Cybersecurity Seminars programme by Google.org in collaboration with Virtual Routes.

The event will take place in Lecture Theatre 420, at Via Festa del Perdono 7, and is open not only to students who have participated in the various editions of the programme, but also to other university students and cybersecurity professionals interested in exploring the topic further.

The event will focus on testimonials from cybersecurity professionals and experts, the sharing of experiences gained throughout the programme, and a discussion on the new challenges facing the sector. Particular attention will be paid to the relationship between cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, with the thematic panel “Cybersecurity in the Age of AI”, led by Pierluigi Perri, Professor Zanone and YuYing from Virtual Routes.

The event aims to strengthen connections between universities, students, local communities and cybersecurity professionals, highlighting the role of training as a lever for guiding new talent, updating skills and building shared responses to increasingly complex digital risks.
