Two free sessions by Roma Capitale Digitale to help you showcase your skills
As part of Roma Capitale Digitale, the widespread training programme on digital skills aimed at residents of the capital’s 15 municipalities, two new events dedicated to the world of work are being held. The project, selected and supported by the Fund for the Digital Republic – Social Enterprise as part of the Dritti al punto call for proposals, promotes practical and accessible pathways to strengthen citizens’ digital autonomy and reduce territorial and social divides.
The course “CVs, AI and digital platforms for work”, led by Roberta Moretti, is designed specifically for students and unemployed people who wish to improve their ability to present themselves in the job market, showcase their skills and experience, and navigate online tools and services.
The first session, scheduled for Wednesday 20 May, from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm, is dedicated to CVs, video CVs and online portfolios. Participants will be guided in building or improving their professional profile using digital tools, with a focus on the use of artificial intelligence to optimise applications, cover letters and interview preparation.
The second session takes place on Wednesday 27 May 2026, from 5 pm to 6.30 pm, and introduces the use of digital tools and online job platforms. The session offers activities for self-assessment of digital and professional skills, including through references such as DigComp and Europass Skills Assessment, and presents the main platforms for finding opportunities in Italy and abroad.
With this new initiative, Roma Capitale Digitale reinforces the most practical aspect of digital citizenship: not only access to online services, but also the ability to use digital tools to navigate the job market, apply for roles, better communicate one’s value, and approach educational and career transitions with greater awareness.
