Smart & Heart Rome in social centres with over-60s
Programme Smart & Heart Rome involves over-60s in afternoon digital and functional literacy sessions in elderly centres in Rome’s suburbs.
The courses begin in the Municipio X in three out of ten elderly centres: Casal Bernocchi, Lo Scariolante (Ostia Antica) and Ostia Lido. The courses will be held by Edoardo Mancini on November 9-11.
The objective is to promote the digital inclusion of over-60s, providing concrete tools to understand and exploit the web, social media and on-line public services. Therefore, elderly centres will be transformed into an efficient digital facilitation service to reduce the technological divide of their members.
