Once again, 80 young men and women from around Italy will be attending the four labs at the Officina – New Jobs Workshop from today to Friday, July 24. Participants also come from the Italian regions with the greatest percentage of NEETs - individuals who are “Not in Education, Employment or Training” – from Sicily (39.7%) and Campania (36.4%).
Answering the Call4Youth, this week young men and women will attend the One4One track that will allow each of them to explore one lab – Fab Lab, Game Lab, Immersive Lab or Video Lab - for the course of the week: Monday to Friday for a total of 22 hours (4 hours motivational course, 16 hours in the lab and 2 final re-evaluation hours).
This week, activities at the Officina will be managed by immersive experience designer Domenico Zungri (Immersive Lab), Animatika professionals (Video Lab), Luca Frogheri (Fab Lab) and AIV coaches in the Game Lab [also see: L'Officina dei nuovi lavori: chi sono i coach (in Italian)].
In an ideal relay to improve digital skills, last week’s young men and women have turned the baton over to this week’s participants.
