Mobility Test

Are you ready for a study experience of a job abroad? What competences may be useful?

Today, Tuesday, Feb. 21, a group of young women from the Liceo Vito Volterra in Ciampino will participate in a virtual mobility session organized as part of Project Path to a Job. The meeting will begin at 11:15 am with a Skype call from 12:15 to 1:15 pm.

During the meeting, the young women will be divided into groups. Each group will have a PC for the call.

Activities

  1. Presentation of participants, even with the use of video CVs;
  2. Presentation of cities/local areas in which they live (mapped data, information on youth unemployment, enterprises, professional sectors that provide employment, skills required by employers, etc.);
  3. Useful tools for finding a job: CVs, motivational letter, video CV, how to write an e-mail, job interview skills, etc.;
  4. What abilities are important to access the working world? What are employers looking for?

Participants will exchange Skype and Facebook usernames so that they can continue to meet virtually.

One of the objectives of Project “Path to a Job” is to help young men and women with less opportunities to find a job, as well as to promote opportunities for meetings and debates with stakeholders (companies, public administrations and policy makers) and other young Europeans (Virtual Mobility).

Coach Cecilia Lalatta Costerbosa and Alessandra Fratejacci, Project Manager for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale will participate in the session.
