New Digital Ambassadors

Today – Tuesday, March 28 – the new digital ambassadors will attend a robotics course on the differences Arduino and Raspberry PI, held by Alessio Di Brigida, Robotics Coach at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym. This is the first training session for five young trainess as part of Project Make Learn Share Europe (Erasmus +, Forward Looking Cooperation Projects Action).

  • Maria Chiara Colgiaco, 16, Cerreto d'Esi (Ancona)
  • Pasquale Nocera, 16, Nocera Inferiore (Salerno)
  • Salvatore Carusotto, 19, Canicattì (Agrigento)
  • Simone Mostarda, 16, Rome

 

Some of the new ambassadors have already participated in RomeCup – Excellence in Robotics in Rome (March 15-17). In particular, Maria Chiara and Simone, partecipated in various of the workshops; while Pasquale, having already participated in the June 2016 training session, held two peer-to-peer labs (Open School Unit). The workshops were entitled: Arduino Wireless Telegraph and Coding and Computational Thought.

 

Today, Laura e Salvatore will join the group. All of them are aged 14-19.

  • Analysis of the core functions (Arduino and Raspberry PI)
  • General discussion on viable projects

 

Project MLSE, which began in November 2015 and will end on October 31, 2018, aims to develop opportunities to learn digital skills for youth throughout Europe by promoting the exchange of information and peer learning.
