Especially in times of crisis, being resilient is not enough. We have to learn to think in an antifragile manner. The term was coined by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, a multifaceted personality. He has worked as a trader but is currently a university teacher who has authored various successful books. The trick is to identify a solution that really works through empirical learning, building on risks and failures.

In their toolbox, innovators must have a sort of swiss knife, a tool that will allow us to find creative solutions to complex problems, giving new functions to things. During the meeting, we will speak about individuals who have come up with agile solutions to concrete problems: ideas and experiences for the community with a particular focus on the creative and innovative use of new technology.
