The activities planned in the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the two organisations to promote the use of new technology in didactics as a tool for equal opportunities and social inclusion are now underway.
The agreement between the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and the ANP (National Association for School Headmasters and Professionals) includes ambitious and important objectives such as promoting the contribution of excellent and innovating teachers to animate the entire scholastic community, to accelerate the process of didactic renewal en route towards 21st century education and to develop ICT training initiatives for school personnel.
Common activities will begin on May 24 when Licia Cianfriglia, Deputy President of ANP will participate in the Awards Ceremony of the Telemouse3.0 – Knowledge Volunteers Competition.
“The agreement with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale fits right in with ANP activities to promote initiatives that develop and recognise the value of teachers and school administrators. We believe that the diffusion of ICT in schools and new ICT knowledge and skills amongst our associates will contribute to improve and innovate didactics and create future citizens that will know how to interact in a modern digital society," explained Ms. Cianfriglia.
Together with ANP, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale has once again placed school at the center of its activities to develop a democratic knowledge society.
