Why does listening to talks about data and statistics provoke so much disinterest and distress? We often tend to exaggerate the difficulty that we encounter in learning new content and processes. Can we explain data and metrics in a simple manner?

 

Susanna Bulgheroni, a social media strategist, digital coach and educator, accepted the challenge. In a short video, she explains how to assess if our social profiles are efficient. How do we do this? We have to learn to interpret data and understand what measures to use on social media.
