On Friday, August 26, Cecilia Stajano will host a teacher training session at the Educandato statale san Benedetto in Montagnana, in the Province of Padua.
The educational programme for teachers and school administrators is set by the National PON “Per la scuola” 2014-2020 plan. This includes:
- Specific Objective 10.8 "Diffusion of the knowledge society in school and training and adoption of innovative didactic approaches";
- Action 10.8.4 "School personnel training on technology and innovative didactic approaches."
School calls are fundamental and aim to select expert educators, both internal and external to the schools, who can address the topics laid out in the National Plan for Digital School.
In particular, Cecilia Stajano, Lego® Serious Play® Trained LSP facilitator, will provide training on:
- 2.1 - Leadership, team building (team development techniques) and organizational models.
- 2.2 – Development and exploitation of skills in school and staff and team management.
- 2.3 – Digital skills for school staff: experience and excellence.
