In conversation with journalists Elisa Iacomelli and Gianluigi De Angelis, Mirta Michilli talks about the Foundation's vision and operating model: an ecosystem that combines innovation, education and inclusion to build a fair and participatory knowledge society.

‘Today, we need continuous learning that not only transmits technical skills, but also vision, confidence and the ability to plan one's own path, day after day. [...] The real challenge is not to train “ideal profiles”, but to activate different potentials, even the most fragile or invisible ones.’
