A new course dedicated to the Lego Serious Play Method begins today at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym. The course will be held by Per Kristiansen from Trivium in collaboration with Giorgio Beltrami.
The labs and facilities at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym are also open to professionals, companies, trade unions, etc. These include the Fab Lab, which provides machinery for rapid prototyping and multi-functional rooms for meetings and courses (team building, problem solving, Lego Serious Play, etc.), to improve planning approaches and improve business idea development.
Ana Lain [@Ana_fmd] and Francesca Del Duca [@Francesca_fmd] will be amongst the eleven participants wishing to improve their skills with a new methodology that is proving increasingly efficient in a vast number of sectors ranging from companies to schools.
"Thinking with our hands " is not only possible, but also efficient, as the Lego Serious Play reveals. Managers have long discovered that smart bricks can be used to improve decision-making processes and have adopted the methodology in their companies, turning it into a common practice in SMEs, associations and large companies. It’s a unique method that allows individuals and groups to resolve problems and define strategies that fully exploit the creative skills and competences of individuals.
Even CNA pensioners, for example, have “played” at our Phyrtual Innovation Gym, proving once again the efficiency of the Method. The lab was held by Cecilia Stajano [@CStajano], a Lego Serious Play certified trainer.
