Tomorrow, the fifth stop of the DisclAImer tour at the University of Turin
After Siena, Bari, Naples and Padua, the national tour DisclAImer. Last warnings before the revolution, promoted by Corriere della Sera in collaboration with Cineca and coordinated by Riccardo Luna, arrives tomorrow, Friday 7 November, at the University of Turin, with an event dedicated to the dialogue between fashion and artificial intelligence.
The first event, “AI and Fashion”, will be held at 11 a.m. and will feature Brunello Cucinelli, founder of the fashion house of the same name, and Maurizio Ferraris, philosopher and professor at the University of Turin, in a discussion on the future of creativity, aesthetics and work in the age of artificial intelligence.
They will be joined by Cristina Prandi, Rector of the University of Turin, Francesco Ubertini, President of Cineca, Paola Pisano, Professor of Economics and Innovation Management (UniTo), Massimiliano Caranzano, Artificial Intelligence Strategist Leader at Cisco, Anna Nasole, Fashion, Luxury & Beauty Leader at EY Parthenon Italia, Maria Raffaella Caprioglio, president of Umana, and Elisa Zambito Marsala, head of Education Ecosystem and Global Value Programs at Intesa Sanpaolo.
The challenge: creativity and strategy with the help of AI
In the afternoon, starting at 2 p.m., the challenge entitled ‘The fashion of artificial intelligence’ will take place, with the scientific contribution of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, knowledge partner of the project, and the participation of Paola Pisano and Alessandro Galanti, Senior Manager AI & Data at EY Italia.
Thirty-five students will try their hand at creating a launch strategy for an innovative fashion product, from the product sheet to the final pitch, using generative artificial intelligence tools to design campaigns, storytelling and digital content.
