What about adults?

Marcello Pistilli has worked in the field of computers for over 40 years and is particularly interested in security. Since last November, he has participated in Project ACTing investing all the knowledge he has accumulated in BLUSA (User Blog for Elderly Safety On-line), an initiative that organizes awareness-raising seminars for over-60s. Marcello also manages a blog on the website of the Phyrtual Innovation Gym.

The main objective of Marcello’s activities is to provide help to timorous users and warn reckless users about on-line security.  The most recurrent advice he inserts in his posts is that users should be “healthily diffident.” Prudence is the most efficient tool for beginning Internet users. His blog has also become a reference point for Project Grandparents On-line, promoted by the FMD with Poste Italiane.
