Denise and Marta are two sixteen-year-old students at IIS Bosso-Monti in Turin who have both just ended the third year of their course of studies. Denise loves cinema and plays the viola, while Marta is a big reader, dances and likes helping children out after school. They are two of the protagonists of Project Coding Girls in Turin and have continued their courses on-line since the beginning of the lockdown. And with the help of Coach Elisa Chierchiello, they set out to develop their first app.
In this long telephone interview with Cecilia Stajano, they speak about their experience with coding and, as we get to know them better, they appear to be ideal candidates to become two young role models …
